RENTAL POLICES & ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:


* A three night minimum during Summer Peak Season and Spring Break. 
* A  deposit will be made via credit card for $300. This fee will  be   charged to hold the unit(s) 

*There is an additional $100 Cleaning fee for Gulf Dunes added to all quoted prices

Also added is the mandatory Florida Lodging Tax (11%)

* I will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. This will be verified by obtaining drivers license or some other verifiable form of identification. 

REFUND POLICY

I will NOT refund the deposit of $300 within 15 days of expected due date.

Within thirty (30) days your deposit is refundable at the rate of 50%

Paying By Credit Card

A $300 Deposit will be charged to your account at time of booking. One week before you are due to check in the balance will be charge to your credit card.

Paying By Check

A $300 Deposit is due at time of reservation. I will hold this for one week to allow time for the check to arrive. If the check has not arried the unit will go back on the market. TWO weeks prior to arrival you balance is due.
