Beach view of my place. Mine is on the Top Floor and second from the right. You will love being on the top floor here as it is only 7 stories ( Max height on the island) and perfect for watching the dolphin first thing in the morning.

Do you like SUNSETS???        Sure you do ...Who doesn't.... Well you will like these here as the sun sets it casts a warm golden glow of the sand .

This is the layout of my place. It is nice and roomy for all. 1158 sq ft with a balcony of almost 100 sq ft all by itself.

The Gulf Dunes Pool is a very nice and clean place to go before or after the beach. It is heated during the winter months (Oct-April) and is warmed by the sun the rest of the time
